Professional Stone Tile, Paver & Cement Restoration

We begin by assessing the condition of your floor, noting cracked pavers, uneven surfaces, and stains. Then we clean with detergent and scrub with a soft-bristled broom. For tough stains, we use a pressure washer, keeping the nozzle at a safe distance. We replace any damaged pavers, matching new ones to maintain consistency and fill joints with polymeric sand, which solidifies when wet to prevent weed growth. A plate compactor is used for stability.

Get a New Look by Staining & Sealing Pavers & Concrete

Revamping your outdoor living space can be as simple as updating the look of your stone steps or patio. An effective way to do this is by staining the stones, which can add new color and texture. Stones such as limestone and travertine are particularly suited for staining due to their porous nature, but almost any stone can be treated with an acid stain made for masonry surfaces. However, we cannot lighten an existing stain, only alter it or darken it.

Sealers are essential for protecting and prolonging the life of concrete and stone tile surfaces. They offer an easy-to-clean barrier and should be applied once cleaned and dried properly. These are the main types of sealers:

Acrylic Sealers

Cost-effective and easy to apply. Available in water- and solvent-based formulas, they dry quickly but may require more frequent reapplication due to wear.

Water-Based Sealers

Low in VOCs and can provide a matte finish that maintains a natural look. However, they cannot be applied over stone previously sealed with solvent-based products.

Solvent-Based Sealers

Greater durability with a high-gloss finish that enhances the stone's color. They contain higher VOCs, necessitating protective gear during application.

Penetrating Sealers

Ideal for outdoor surfaces like driveways and patios, as they penetrate deeply to shield against moisture.
